We were seated and greeted properly. Drinks came shortly thereafter.I had the shrimp dinner it was really good. My wife had the cheeseburger and she loved it as well.our waitress had a wonderful personality and she checked back often. The ambiance was fine.

No wait for a table. Service was pretty good. The rolls were very small compared to all the other O'Charleys I've been to, and not as soft either, but still tasty. The salad was great. The potato soup though -- very disappointed to say that it was loaded with black pepper and I couldn't eat more than 3 bites. My daughter couldn't eat hers either. Everything else was good.

We had a wrestling tournament in Hoover on Saturday and wanted to eat something we hadn't had in a while. On our way home we looked for restaurants and came across O' Charley's. We had a about 15 minute wait before we were seated. As soon as we were seated the waitress came and took our drink order. She was very attentive and made sure that we had everything we needed. The food was amazing! Three of us had the steaks and cooked to perfection. One of us had the chicken fingers and asked to get the fries covered with cheese and bacon. Our son said that the chicken fingers and fries were great! The feel of the restaurant was very laid back and easy going. We will be back!
